1. Cancellation of Orders

  • Once you place an order for stock content (images or videos) on MitraPix, the order is processed immediately and the download links become available instantly or shortly after payment confirmation.

  • Because digital content is delivered immediately and cannot be “returned” like physical goods, order cancellations are generally not permitted after the purchase is completed.

  • If you believe you have made a purchase in error or if the order was duplicated, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and may cancel the order if the content has not been downloaded or accessed.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only granted in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

    • Technical issues that prevent you from downloading or accessing the purchased content despite our support efforts.

    • Duplicate charges or payment errors.

    • Content that is materially different from the description or preview shown on the website.

  • Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of the purchase date by contacting our support team at [email protected].

  • Refunds will not be granted for:

    • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the content after download.

    • Failure to understand the licensing terms prior to purchase.

    • Incorrect use of the content that violates license terms.

    • Any other reason not specified in the eligibility criteria above.

3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please provide:

    • Your order number and date of purchase.

    • A detailed explanation of the issue.

    • Any relevant screenshots or error messages.

  • We will evaluate your request and notify you of the decision within 3-5 business days.

  • If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned via the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. License Revocation

  • If a refund is granted, your license to use the purchased content is automatically revoked. You must immediately cease all use of the content and delete any copies you have.
